Bianca is Co-CEO of Conscious Planet Media, a green production company she runs with her husband Michael. She is the anchor of Conscious Living, a multi-platform news series highlighting the latest in sustainable, eco-friendly living, and Soul of Green, covering untold stories about people of color in the green and environmental justice movements. Soul of Green just wrapped its first broadcast season on Emmy-winning Next TV and is now airing on Fox an my50 in Chicago.

An Ivy-league trained attorney who transitioned into becoming a passionate advocate for healthy living and social justice, Bianca has hosted programs on Lifetime, TV One, USA and TV Guide Channel and appears regularly as an expert on WGN, ABC and NBC. As a health broadcast journalism fellow with USC Annenberg’s School of Communications, she was recently awarded a 2010 Excellence in Health Care Journalism Award for a story on Chicago’s food deserts and the urban organic farming solution.
